Keith Swift is the president of Porter Valley Software. He also is a general contractor with more than 20 years of hands-on building experience, and has completed literally thousands of building inspections. In addition, he has a PhD in English and has taught at several colleges and universities, including the University of California at Northridge and the University of Alberta in Canada. He has written numerous articles on the subject of avoiding litigation, and regards himself as a staunch advocate of justice for building inspectors.
