He has presented to the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors® on smoke alarm performance and CO poisoning issues. He has presented at ASHI InspectionWorld 2013, ASHI GLC , ASHI Ohio, ASHI Western Washington and a number of CREIA conferences /meetings on smoke alarm performance issues.
