Survey Shapes 2010 Leader Conference

Last year's conference was a great success with more than 100 atten-dees from 45 chapters. In survey responses, many attendees inform-ed us that they gained knowledge and ideas related to improving the viability of their chapter, chapter planning and working with volunteers.

Among the plans being made for this year's LTC, we will include discussion on key steps to chapter success and how to work with volunteers. The event presentations will offer descriptions and duties of chapter leadership roles with attendee participation. This is a terrific opportunity for members to meet to discuss chapter issues and share ideas and solutions.

We again will be offering an opportunity to each LTC attendee to win one (1) full InspectionWorld conference registration for IW Atlanta, including three nights at Hilton Atlanta, Tuesday, January 25, through Thursday, January 27, 2011.

To encourage participation, ASHI will extend a stipend check for $300 to every chapter that sends a leader to LTC. Plan to participate in the Leadership Training Conference. The development and training of new leaders is vital to the continued success of your chapter.
