Bio

Since 1995 Don has personally inspected 15,000 homes, Appointed by Delaware's Governor Jack Markell to serve as Chairperson of the State of Delaware Board of Home Inspectors to write the Standards of Practice for the Inspecting. Was President of the First State ASHI Chapter for 8 years, Also certified to perform Radon, Lead Visuals and Termite Inspections. If you want an experienced Inspector then you found him.
