Bio

Ron Meely is a senior home inspector with over 35 years of diverse experience in the construction industry and has performed over 10,000 home and building inspections. As a former licensed builder/general contractor, Ron supervised the construction of hundreds of new residential and commercial buildings throughout Maryland and Virginia. As a licensed home improvement specialist, he has extensive experience with all types of remodeling and additions, from design to completion. His services are frequently requested as a professional building consultant, and he has performed a variety of services relating to site/land development and storm water management. Ron has advised clients on structural, mechanical and electrical deficiencies found during major renovation and construction projects. He has also acted as professional arbitrator on client and contractor/builder disputes. Licensed in the State of Maryland and Virginia. He is an ASHI certified inspector. Certified for mold & radon.
