The Building Inspector of America, located in Bucks County / NE Philadelphia, is owned and operated by Vince Tecce. Since its beginning in 1987, this inspector has been performing expert building analysis for buyers and sellers of property in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area & Southern NJ, and is often used by realtors for their family's or their own purchases. Providing high quality home inspections has been more than just a goal for us. It is a consciousness. The Building Inspector of America is fully insured and is available to inspect all forms of residential and commercial properties. Vince has also passed a peer review,giving him the designation of Master Inspector By Review.
