Bio

Stephen Gladstone, ACI Stephen Gladstone has been inspecting homes since 1983 and is the President of Stonehollow Fine Home Inspections , a multi-inspector home inspection & environmental testing company. Both licensed in CT & NY He has served as President of both Ct Chapters of the American Society of Home Inspectors & was ASHI’s National President in 2004. He was Managing Instructor & Director of Kaplan Prof. Schools (ITA) in New Haven & Manhattan for 6 years. And was the Managing Instructor of The “ASHI School” in CT. He now owns the New England School of Home Inspection. He has written many articles for local papers, has been nationally interviewed in Reader's Digest and The Wall Street Journal, featured on “Ask This Old House”.and many syndicated radio shows. Steve has been a contributing author for the ASHI® Reporter and many other periodicals. His textbook “The Field Guide to Home Inspections”, was published in 2001 He produced & hosted is own radio show for 20 years on WSTC,WNLK & WGCH radio. He teaches home Inspection and presents at many events. He was ASHI's Liaison to Canada for 12+ years and is the new Chair of the ASHI Member Relations Committee for 2023.
