I have 27+ years experience as a home inspector and over 20 years experience in a variety of roles in residential construction and building maintenance. I also have several years experience in rental property management. I have wide-ranging experience as a consultant and expert witness, including the areas of moisture damage, defective workmanship or construction, real estate disclosure, professional errors and omissions, and landlord-tenant disputes. I hold myself to a high standard and strive to protect my clients' interests to the best of my ability within a framework that is honest and ethical. I am motivated by the fulfillment derived from helping my clients make more informed decisions and giving them background information to better understand building maintenance and repair needs. I have served for a total of nine years on the boards of the Heartland Chapter of ASHI and the Minnesota Society of Housing Inspectors.
