Bio
Ezra has been Inspecting homes and buildings for over 30 years and an ASHI member all this time. He started in construction, after serving in the Air Force, in 1972; and was a licensed Carpenter/Contractor for 13 years before he started Inspecting Homes. Ezra holds a degree in Building Preservation and Restoration, but enjoys going through new homes as well as old with home buyers of all ages.
Because of the "Pandemic," Ezra decided To Retire and also Let his State License expire. He will now only do Mentoring.
