Bio

For fifteen years prior to opening his home inspection business, Jamison Brown was a Project Manager and supervised the construction and remodeling of more than ten thousand housing units for the Department of Defense (DOD) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He was a member of the Carpenters and Joiners of America for more than twelve years. He is a graduate of the AmeriSpec Property Inspection Institute in Orange, CA., a professional member of The International Code Council, a certified member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI). Jamison has served on ASHI’s Technical Committee, and the Membership and Ethics Committees. He is a Virginia certified home inspector and was a state licensed lead paint inspector. Jamison Brown has personally inspected over 18,000 residential and commercial properties. He has served as an arbitrator in several civil cases.
