Bio

Started in the general contracting business in 1972 and opened my inspection business in 1994. Operated both businesses until 2017 when the construction business was retired. Joined ASHI in 1994 and became a certified inspector. Licensed builder since 1980. Have carried out thousands of inspections over the years in residential homes, multi family buildings, and light commercial.
