Bio

We have been serving the greater Knoxville, TN and East Tennessee area since 1993. Our certifications include B.S. from N.C. State University, SBCCI Certified Building Code Analyst, Certified One and Two Family Dwelling Inspector, Certified Building Inspector, Certified Building Plans Examiner, RESNET Energy Rater, BPI (Building Performance Institute) Building Analyst, Advanced Energy Building Science Master Certification, Infrared Level I Thermographer; and Housing Rehabilitation Code Official. I have inspected thousands of homes and buildings in my career. Tom's past experience as a municipal building inspector and building contractor has led to an extensive knowledge in the field application of building codes, and, he uses that knowledge to help alert clients to any safety issues as well as other major issues in Commercial Buildings and homes they are buying. In addition to home and building inspections, we perform energy audits and energy ratings. We specialize in Log Home Insp.
