Fred is a ASHI Certified Home Inspector and has over 40 years of construction and inspection experience. Fred has the experience and expertise that give him a unique ability to educate clients about their homes in a way that is easily understood and helps clients move through the inspection process in a calm and confident manner. Fred's experience and personality also make him a sought-after speaker to many groups where continuing education is required including Realtors, Attorneys, Property Managers and Building Inspectors and Code Officials. Fred's expertise also extends to commercial buildings where clients include public schools, strip malls, restaurants, low rise buildings and town home associations. Other services include Radon testing, Moisture testing, Consulting, FHA inspections, Mediation, Arbitration, and much more.
