Bio

Mr. Ford is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) of the American Society of Home Inspectors and has performed home inspections professionally since 1987. He is the president of MultiTech Construction Management Corporation which engages in a wide range of inspection services, building design, construction administration and general consulting work. He has served as a construction arbitrator for the Circuit Court for Harford County and has testified as an expert witness in Circuit and District Courts of Harford, Baltimore, Cecil and Anne Arundel Counties on numerous occasions. He has also served as a special inspector for the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. Mr. Ford attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute for three years, majoring in Building Construction Engineering. He was Maryland's first recipient of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Graduate Builders Institute (GBI) designation, after completing that course of study.
