Bio

ASHI Certified Inspector, Experienced, licensed residential builder with over 34 years experience in home inspections and over 16,000 home inspections performed, also an expert witness. Over 19 years experience in radon testing, certified training in well and septic evaluations by Macomb County Health Dept.. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Safety and Health, WSU. Various certificates of training in all these areas as part of ASHI's requirement of 20 credit hours of continuing education every year for the last 24 years.
