Bio

Experienced, licensed residential builder with over 25 years experience in home inspections and over 12,000 home inspections performed, also an expert witness.. Over 19 years experience in radon testing, and well & septic evaluations, certified by Macomb County Health Dept.. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Saftey and Health, WSU. Various certificates of training in all these areas as part of ASHI's reqiurement of 20 credit hours of continuing education every year for the last 16 years.
