Full time residential Home Inspector since 1989. Full ASHI member since 1993. I LOVE to inspect with the buyer present to explain the significance of my findings and to direct you toward a next step for resolution of deficiencies found. I'll produce a typed & a separate captioned photo report within 8 to 24 hours. Have earned mold certifications and performed extensive work related to mold. I can often provide advice about eliminating the recurrence of mold, if we notice any. Inactive (no longer state required) license for termite inspections. I've performed 2500+ radon tests. Service area is most frequently within 25 miles of Naperville. Very limited availability for work in Chicago. Available to work in many outlying areas (i.e. Kankakee, Sandwich, DeKalb, Carpentersville) if scheduling will allow. Past major careers include nineteen years in electrical & electronic installation/repair & several years as a professional musician.
