Bio

With over 30 Years of experience and over 10,000 inspections, I have developed a strong reputation for understanding and diagnosing problems regarding both modern and historical homes. After working in the UK and USA as a CAD designer I attended the Property Inspectors Training Institute in Washington, DC in 1990. In 2005 I served as a private consultant for FEMA and worked hurricane Rita and Wilma in Texas and South Florida. I strongly believe in the educational value inspections offer to the client, and highly recommend that all of my clients attend the home inspection. During an inspection is the very best time to answer all of the clients questions and address their concerns. I would be highly skeptical of inspectors who discourage your full attendance.
