Bio
I have thirty-eight years experience in all facets of residential and commercial construction, repair, remodeling, condominium conversions. I am experienced as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, construction consultant and estimator. As a home inspector I have twenty-five years experience. My inspection experience encompasses municipal code inspections as a building official, relocation inspections for three national relocation companies, insurance and bank, building evaluation, partial and complete resale and mortgage home inspections. I also have experience inspecting commercial buildings as well as new construction monitoring and walk through inspections.
