Don Norman has been inspecting homes in St. Louis since 1985 and has inspected over 9000 buildings during that time. He has developed continuing education classes for real estate schools and has written and taught classes nationally for the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA). He assisted in the creation of the National Home Inspection Exam (NHIE ) and was a charter Board member on the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI). Don has been quoted in numerous local and national print articles, appeared on television and radio discussing the importance of home inspections. Don is a contributing author to the ASHI Reporter, Inspection Report and other publications national publications. He chaired several national committees for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and co-authored ASHI’s Home Inspection Training Curriculum.
