I am a licensed New York State home inspector. I have life long experience in all aspects of home construction and the mechanical trades. I have completed thousands of inspections over the past 30+ years, in the Capital Region, North County and Adirondacks. Our goal at PRO-SPEC Residential Services, LLC is to provide you with a one on one inspection experience that will not only give you an excellent overview of the building and mechanical systems but also provide some direction, for a course of action, to deal with issues of concern.
