Spencer, who has over 25 years of experience as a home inspector, builder and
renovator. Greg has personally performed over 13,000 inspections.
Credentials: Greg is a certified Building Code Inspector, a
member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), and a member of the
International Code Council (ICC). Greg served for several years as the president
of the ASHI's Southeast chapter, and on the national board of directors.
