Bio

I began inspecting homes in 1983. I became an ACI inspector of ASHI in 1987. My business, Tri-County Inspection Company was established in 1985. As of this update, my staff of 5 inspectors has conducted over 75,000 properties, from single family homes to estates, historical and commercial building. 3 of my inspectors are Past Presidents of their local ASHI chapters. We have a combined total of 130 years of inspecting properties for our clients be they buyers, sellers or investors. Personally I am the 1st licensed inspector in the City of Philadelphia, and the original founder of PHIC or the Pa Home Inspectors Coalition. I was President for 6 years and still active with the board of PHIC and the Pa State legislature. All of my inspectors are licensed in New Jersey and Philadelphia. All of our reports are narrative in format and emailed the next business day. My full time secretarial staff will answer your phone call or email from 9 to 5 during the week and monitor the phones over t
