Bio

Also licensed Home Inspector in Wisconsin and Indiana as well as Professional Engineering license in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan We have Been inspecting for over 40 years. Inspected properties for several presidents and their descendant Performed reserve studies for management companies Inspected student dormitories, and new homes. I am personally a lifetime ASHI member, and served on both the ethics and standards committees. In addition, I have been a community volunteer in the historic preservation and affordable housing commissions. I have also taught various home inspector and related courses at the University of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois State University and the Illinois Institute of Technology
