Bio

First Choice Property Evaluations Inc. is a locally owned and operated home inspection company based serving all of the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. We provide quality property inspections for pre-owned, new construction, and older homes. Our full-time inspectors are certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors with 30+ years of experience. ASHI certification requires that each of our inspectors has passed a series of written examinations, participates in continuing education, and adheres to strict industry standards. Brandon joined First Choice in early 2020. His experience in construction and remodeling began with industrial arts in high school. He has remodeled numerous houses in Kansas City and taken on numerous remodeling projects for family and friends. This lifelong passion for construction and remodeling led to his home inspection career and ASHI Certification.
