Over 45 years experience from military service, US Navy veteran serving 1978-1988: land management for government entity from 1989-2018 and family construction business, We have been in existence as evanspect llc since June 20, 2019 providing safe, secure and affordable home inspections in the Puget Sound region. Worry no longer after an inspection by evanspect, we'll find the obvious and obscured issues during the 2-4 hour inspection covering the entire home structure and components plus site drainage.
