David is the owner-operator of Elevated Home Inspections. His dual certifications from the nation’s most respected inspection organizations (ASHI and InterNACHI) are indicative of the high-quality service each of our customers can expect. David combines his educational background, military service, and hands-on experience as a corporate trainer and project manager for large commercial construction projects to perform skilled inspections for buyers throughout the area.
He greatly enjoys assisting buyers and sellers. David also loves educating buyers about their potential future home, and he finds it very rewarding to work one-on-one with sellers to help ensure their property is in excellent shape before it goes on the market.
