Hello, my name is Will Hodges and I would love to inspect your house. I have been inspecting houses for almost 9 years now. I have been around new home construction and real estate my whole life. I grew up in the Atlanta area working for my dad building new construction and both of my parents are real estate agents. I worked for a grading company for several years learning the ins and out of grading and drainage. I have inspected all types of houses anywhere from new construction to houses that are over 100 years old. I deliver my inspection reports via email the same day of the inspection.
