Bio

Buying a home is no small feat. As a former builder and a life long real estate investor who lives in the 14th home they have owned, I know this firsthand. Whether you are buying a $100K studio or a multi-million dollar home, the common bond we all share is that this will most likely be the largest investment of your life to date. This being said, everybody deserves the same amount of service, education and respect, regardless of the price point. My reports are very thorough and detailed in order to fully document the entire home, not just what I find that will need a second look or possibly a repair by a specialist in its particular field. Your report will include all of those findings and will be compiled in the summary. The rest of the report will document and educate you on how to operate and maintain the home. Items such as where to turn on and off the water and gas, how to winterize the exterior faucets, where to reset the tripped GFCI's (ground fault circuit interrupter) and even what size air filter and which type is best for your system will be documented in your report. In short, I create a custom home owners manual in addition to your full home inspection report to help you operate and maintain the house that you will be making your home. Most reports are available the same day, but if not they are delivered within 24 hours. Once received, I ask all of my clients to reach out to me with any questions they may have so that we can go through them together.
