PA Certified Home Inspector ASHI #265840 Joe was born and raised in Pennsylvania and still resides in PA. Out of college, Joe worked as a structural engineer where he designed and coordinated all structural aspects of single-family homes, townhomes, apartment buildings, clubhouses, and light commercial buildings. Currently, he is a high school teacher of two engineering classes that he wrote and that students receive college credit for. He has performed home inspections since 2019 and has extensive experience with invasive stucco inspections. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University and a Master’s in Education from Gratz College. He completed the Home Inspections training with ICA school. When not inspecting, he loves to paddleboard, kayak, and read. He particularly enjoys non-fiction books because it helps me learn about things I never knew went on, or are going on, in the world around me. He is a gym nut who loves throwing weight around and competing with other athletes. Around the holiday’s he coordinates an annual food drive with high school students and serves as emcee for the Montgomery County, PA Special Olympics every year, He coaches his son’s travel baseball team as well as his daughter’s basketball team. He and his family LOVE the beach.Joe owns and manages a rental property in the Poconos. He loves to travel to different cities every summer, every year traveling to a different city with his son to watch the Phillies.
