Todd developed a natural curiosity of home systems at an early age while working for his father’s HVAC and plumbing business. He discovered he had a keen ability to recognize problems and deficiencies with these systems. Although he went on to culinary school and worked as a chef for many years, he maintained an interest and skill set in this area. After starting a family and realizing restaurant hours and lifestyle were no longer aligned with his goals, he decided to make a career change. Upon becoming a Home Inspector in 2018, he received exceptional training from top-notch inspectors by observing and learning from them. Todd is deeply committed to ongoing education and has invested countless hours increasing his knowledge and expertise. He started i-Inspect to apply that expertise and better serve his community.
