Bio

Before starting my career as a home inspector, I spent 22 years in the United States Navy as a Hull Technician, overseeing structural repairs, maintenance, welding, plumbing, quality assurance, program and maintenance management. He was responsible for conducting detailed inspections on repairs of nuclear powered aircraft carriers, guided missile cruisers and fast attack submarines. In short he has a long standing history of being an inspector in different capacities. I also have experience as an apprentice in the home building and construction business, since 2008. Working on framing, siding, sub-flooring, drywall and plumbing to name a few. Clay is a licensed state of Virginia Home Inspector.
