Corey’s passion for residential structures began in the late ’90s while working for the family business, remodeling homes, and managing rental properties. Since then, Corey has always worked in and around commercial buildings and residential homes doing everything from major renovations to pest management.
Corey’s favorite part about the home inspection industry is teaching clients something new about the home. For example, how the home manages water, or how a combustion air intake replaces air in the house. Corey believes that when you look at all the components of a house you will learn the personality of the home.
In his free time, Corey enjoys making homemade pizzas with his wife Sarah, camping, football, spending time with friends, and enjoying the lake with his family. Corey also likes to take his son Owen on new adventures like biking and fishing. They reside in the St. Paul area.
