I started flipping houses back in the early 1980's and discovered a huge passion for "home" and people. I have been a new construction contractor and have been remodeling, selling, building and renting properties my entire adult life. I became licensed several years ago when my realtor suggested I become a Home Inspector as she said we need experienced, knowledgeable women in the field. It is a blessing to be able to work in a field I love and have the opportunity to share this life time of knowledge and experience with my clients. My focus is on educating my clients and allowing for enough time to explain and answer questions in an understandable manor. I want my clients to understand and feel confident about moving forward.
