Background before home inspections was still in real estate specifically the mortgage and underwriting business. Often, I would hear examples of clients having horrible home inspections, which made it clear that there was a need for better inspections. Spotlight Inspection Services’ mission is to give clients the information necessary to make a safe and sound decision about a home for their family.
