Dale Shriver is the Owner of Twin State Inspections, LLC, is a full-time inspector, and manages the company operations. He grew up with a passionate interest in architecture, home design, and property restorations. Dale has a natural eye for detail and enjoys helping home buyers, like you, learn about their home and its systems. Dale is into all the details!
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dale moved to the Upper Valley in 2009. He earned his BA and MA from West Virginia University and lives in Grantham. Dale is a member of ASHI, ASHI-NNEC and actively serves the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI) as a Subject Matter Expert and serves on its EBPHI Education and Exam Committee.
Dale is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI).
