Bio

Devin is currently a background verified, Certified ASHI Home Inspector with over 35 years’ experience in residential renovation/ restoration of period homes, 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, machining, industrial trades as a training manager. He spent 15 years as a licensed master electrician specializing in residential service, industrial equipment, controls and as a commercial electrician. Also Devin has 12 years’ experience in human resources focusing on work instructions/systems, job descriptions, performance evaluations and workforce training/development. Devin’s experience as a new home builder, project manager and net- zero energy home builder leads his passion for building energy efficient homes. In addition to providing residential home inspections he is adjunct faculty at Hagerstown Community College since 1998 as an instructor for mechanical engineering technology, workplace safety, fall protection, ladder safety, OSHA training for powered industrial trucks.
