Jeff Bennett is a Certified Master Inspector, ASHI Certified & Tri County Licensed. He is ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) educated with a background in Construction as well as Safety. Insured with Worker's Comp which is required to conduct New Construction Home Inspections and Commercial Buildings. Jeff has conducted over 6000 home inspections in the Charleston, SC area. Jeff provides an extremely detailed report using Homegauge software, the preferred reporting software available to Home Inspectors. The report includes a tremendous amount of pictures in one, easy to read report. You and your agent can prepare your REPAIR ADDENDUM directly from this report and forward it your seller's agent or builder in minutes. It is that easy!
