Bio

I am a Certified Master Inspector serving IA, MN and WI since 2009. My inspections are a though investigation of the home from top to bottom including the electrical system, heating/cooling systems, gas detection, CO testing, combustion testing of gas appliances and thermal imaging of the home. I will provide you with a detailed report of the condition of the home usually the same day. I also provide mold, environmental and radon testing at additional cost, discounted with a home inspection.
