Bio

Dutton brings a wealth of experience to his property inspection business. Prior to starting HomeSmith Services, Dutton was a Project Manager for a Design/Build company, Bread Loaf Corp. in Middlebury, VT for 30 years. During his tenure there he managed over 80 projects totaling $115 million. As a property inspector at HomeSmith Services, LLC, he was: -Trained and certified by Inspection Certification Associates – Certification #14067 -Licensed by the State of Vermont – Property Inspector License #143.0119260 -Tested and Certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) #262469 Other notable qualifications: -LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
