Forty four years of experience in inspection, analysis and specifications for homes and commercial properties. We are especially familiar with old house, historic tax credits and energy management. I have been doing a Public Radio program on home restoration and repairs for over a decade.
Our office also provides structural inspection and calculations, EIFS inspection, masonry evaluation and design services for HVAC systems. Member of ASHRAE.
