Bio
Inspector WILLIE Z. GERMINO is a licensed Home and Commercial inspector in the State of Illinois from 1996 to present. For 13 years he used to work as a Construction Specialist in one of the banks in Chicago area. He has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Inspection and Rehabilitation . He has also completed his Residential and Building Technician course in (ITI) Inspection Technology Institute of Naperville, Illinois. For eleven years, He was a Housing/ Building Inspector for City of Chicago (CHAC) Chicago Sec. 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program as one of the Lead Inspector from1996 to 2007. His career started in renovation, construction, maintenance and managing of properties. His professional experience in this area of work provides a quality and satisfactory service. More so, his genuine interest in housing and personal approach to clients makes him a competent and reliable inspector. He also used to work in one of the Big International Company PERNIX Group in a short period of time, as Construction Specialist, monitoring U S Embassy construction in other Country.
Since 1996 to present still active conducting Property Inspection in the State of Illinois.
