He has delivered over 3200 high-quality inspections to happy customers throughout the greater Philadelphia metro area since March of 2015. Dave uses the interpersonal skills he developed from his sales background as well as his building knowledge and skills to provide a unique home inspection experience to customers. Dave prides himself on placing himself in each seller or buyer’s position while discussing the home inspection findings. Prior to inspecting at BPG Inspections, Dave was in construction sales and management, leading a team of building envelope sales professionals in the Philadelphia market. He has an extensive career in sales and management as well as real estate investing and project management. Being involved in the home buying, renovating and selling process attracted Dave to the home inspection industry. Dave earned a BA in Humanities from Temple University.
