Bio

I am a one man home inspection operation so you do not get an employee or a trainee when you book an inspection with me. I have been in the home inspection business for 20 years with 19 years working on the Kitsap Peninsula. I am thorough in my inspections and have always been a NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) or ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) member since I started in the business. I have attended a lot of ASHI continuing education/training throughout my career to stay current with new materials and technology. I have 3 service packages available to choose from to meet your needs or concerns about the home you are buying or selling. I do strongly recommend that clients attend the home inspection, if possible, to ask questions and get the most out of the inspection. You will receive the home inspection report on the day of the inspection to help keep your real estate transaction moving forward. I look forward to working with you.
