We encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. In addition, all of our clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection. If you’re a buyer we provide you with information so that you can make an educated decision on one of your largest investments, your home and so there are no "big surprises" after the contract is complete. If you’re a seller understanding the home inspection process and preparing your home for the inevitable evaluation not only helps to ensure that the transaction goes through, but can often translate into getting a top-dollar selling price as well.
