Bio

As a Senior Home Inspector for Home Systems Data Inc., Benjamin Ruh specializes in home inspection and radon testing for single-family homes, multi-unit condominium homes, townhomes, and commercial structures. Benjamin’s career in construction started early in life when, as a teenager, he spent his summers and weekends helping his dad remodel and repair homes, barns, and decks in his home state of Missouri. It is an experience that has driven his love and passion to educate homeowners about home safety and providing quality service on each inspection performed. In the spirit of the hard work and pride that his father instilled in him, Benjamin offers more than just friendly customer service. He offers inspections you can rely on. As Colorado has no requirements for licensing on home inspectors, you will be assured that he is a graduate of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and certified on the National Home Inspector Exam. President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI. He has also been on the ASHI Board - Standards of Practice & Ethics and is currently an ASHI Teacher for new inspectors.
