T1ER ONE INSPECTIONS is owner-operated by Ben Matanle. We provide exceptional Residential Home Inspection services, to buyers and sellers in and around the Tampa Bay Area.
As a former British Royal Marines Reservist, a big part of who I am, and the core of T1ER ONE, can be summed up by the Royal Marines Ethos. Which, in part, consists of Excellence, Integrity, Self Discipline, and Humility. I bring that ethos with me to every inspection that I go to, and it goes into every report that I write.
Having trained with some of the best of the British military, I applied the same logic when it came to becoming a State Licensed Home Inspector. I was very fortunate to have trained with two of the best home inspectors in my local area, and also attended the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) School. Being State Licensed, and having graduated from the ASHI School, gives my clients assurance that the best standards of practice are being followed each and every time.
We are committed to providing you with the best home inspection experience possible. We look forward to meeting you, and giving you what you need to make a well-informed decision before buying, or selling, your home.
