Raised in Columbia, Missouri. Bachelors in Agriculture from University of Missouri (Mizzou). Family farm consisted of 500 acres, crops and two purebred cattle herds. Also worked in the family construction business, doors & windows fabrication. While attending college worked in the construction field for electricians, plumbers, framing and painting. Built my first house in 1982. Recession forced me into alternate income and turned to factory work. Worked 33 years in Production Management and Quality Control for five companies. Decided it was time to start my own business and purchased a National Properties Franchise - for Residential and Commercial Inspections.
