Bio

Adam is a founding Partner and an Inspector with Pelorus Inspection and Environmental Resource Group. Adam has spent years cultivating his knowledge of building sciences since transitioning from over a decade in Organizational Development and Corporate Senior Management. In his previous role, Adam specialized in developing and delivering technical training where he went on to ultimately lead the technical training function. With this experience underpinning his building knowledge, Adam has a unique talent for delivering complex concepts in a clear and easily understandable way. While he believes that all properties carry some level of imperfection, the art of effectively evaluating a property lies in understanding those imperfections and recommending appropriate courses of action. Adam approaches this work with a positive, informative approach that considers all the positives as well as the imperfections, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
