Bio
I own Spotlight Home Inspection LLC (Spotlight). Spotlight is a multi-inspector firm specializing in building envelope failures. We are certified in home, multifamily, commercial, thermography, mold, pool, wood destroying insect, radon and building envelope inspections. We perform in excess of 1,000 inspections annually. I personally inspect over 300 homes annually. I work as an expert witness with home owners and attorneys on building defects in litigation against the builder or contractor. I oversee building envelope repairs. This is typically related to improperly installed stucco, windows and water resistive barrier.
