Bio
Mr. Pietrobono is a senior inspector with over 25 years of diverse experience in the home construction industry. He has excellent knowledge of building construction practices and is familiar with the latest zoning regulations and residential building codes.
As a former residential and commercial construction manager, Mr. Pietrobono has worked closely with clients through the homebuilding and renovating processes, from site planning to implementation. He has supervised construction workers and sub-contractors and maintained strict safety standards and procedures. He attends continuing education classes to increase his knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, foundations, and framing construction and has hosted and attended seminars and trade shows to monitor construction industry trends, knowledge of the heating, plumbing and electrical systems that are used in building houses.
Mr. Pietrobono is a licensed home inspector in Maryland and Virginia. Certified for radon & Mold
